An Asado (Argentine BBQ), beautifully prepared by our specialist Asador, then served in our open air grill restaurant. Diners look on as these juicy, flavorsome meats are prepared, admiring the fiery art of this long-held Argentinean tradition. Catering for the eyes, nose and soul we also organize wine tastings in our wine house, located within the former wine tanks while inhaling the soul of the many wines which were fermented and aged here so many years ago. Use the time before eating – when your senses are at their sharpest – to seek out a favorite Malbec, enjoying the deep purple tones, fruity bouquet and subtle spice of our majestic wines.
