Nevertheless, we will now rigorously implement three main updates to keep us all safe: Social Distancing, Visible Extra Cleaning and Reduced Capacity.

Our new standard operating procedures are adapted to reduce unnecessary contact and touch points throughout without losing the sense of our warm hospitality. Thankfully Entre Cielos’ spacious environment and facility naturally makes this possible. Let the safe distance bring us closer together!"

Our updated hygiene practices have been based on the guidelines provided by the Argentine Minister of Health and the Swiss Federal Office of Public Health (BAG) and in close cooperation with the authorities of Argentine Hospitality institutions. These procedures have been communicated to all our employees and respective training sessions will be conducted as we prepare for the reactivation of Entre Cielos, the Luxury Wine Hotel & Spa in Mendoza, Argentina. cleanliness changes

  • The rooms are completely cleaned and disinfected after each guest's check-out.
  • In case the guest uses the golf cart to drive, it is disinfected after each use.
  • The reception team, the concierge and the bell-boy are equipped with the appropriate protective elements.
  • All public parts and high contact surfaces are cleaned and disinfected several times a day and the rooms are regularly ventilated.
